About Us
Welcome to the WKOG Radio website! The goal here is to meet people from all over the world and to bring one another together through music. Even if we don't speak the same language, music is a universal language. Another big focus for WKOG is independent artists so that they can get more exposure for themselves. We also do charity streams and always go directly through the charity for payments, meaning we get the link for donations and keep pushing it through the chat throughout the stream. Music is our foundation for the strong community that we have already built and we hope that after checking us out, you join the community as well. WKOG means, "We Keep On Going!"
Usual Shows
Here at the WKoG Metal Radio with your host D, you can have your weekdays started with "Morning Metal" where you get the chance to fuel your early mornings (6am-11am PDT) with the best metal show around. Then on Mon-Wed-Fri you can also end your day with some a metal (5pm-9pm PDT) Then to end your week/weekend you can join us for HeadBanger Hangover on Sunday's (8am-1pm PDT) Then there are times where interviews come up for a day and it's left up to the artist(s) that are involved to pick what day and time work best for them.
Interactions
The first time you find us are welcomed to the frostiest crew around. If you enjoy your time enough and sub to the channel than you not only get to use some pretty amazing emotes, but you also get to watch D either spin the wheel of consequences which means he either has to eat a bean boozled, sour candy or a small chance of a free pass. D isn't a fan of sour stuff so the faces are always pretty great, and he actually gets a lot more bean boozled than you would think. Eventually eating fried crickets will be back as an option for either a sub or 500 bits. For 500 bits, you also get to see the wheel of consequence.
Also, and most importantly, you can request songs for free and easy to use so come show us the kind of metal music that helps you get through your day.
